Do You Need Industrial Sliding Doors? Co-Mac has the Industrial Sliding Door Hardware for Heavy Duty Sliding Doors up to 2000kg
Our Industrial Sliding Door System is designed to be used in warehouses, hangers and logistic centres.
5392 - Galvanised track
Our 5392 Galvanised track is the foundation of our industrial grade straight sliding door system. Rated to 2000kg, this top hung system allows extremely large, heavy doors to be moved easily. The 6m length of steel track is strong and durable, with a high quality hot dipped galvanised finish for indoor and outdoor use. The track length you need is normally twice the width of the door opening.
Brackets
To connect the track to your building we have a variety of brackets that can work for any application you need. Our 5395 Vertical Joining Bracket and 5396 Horizontal Joining Bracket allow you to attach the track directly to the side or underneath a door opening, while the 5397 Hanging Joining Bracket gives you more flexibility in the height at which you can hang the track. The number of brackets should equal the length of track in meters + 1 bracket and the brackets should be evenly space. Joint brackets must be used at all track joins.
Trolleys
We have 2 types of 4 Wheel trolleys available for smooth and light operation of the heaviest doors. Our 5393 and 5394 zinc plated steel wheeled trolleys are very durable and slide easily with permanently lubricated ball bearings. Use 2 Trolleys per door. Rated to 2000kg per pair of trolleys.
Accessories
To stop the door at each end, use 5398 in track stop. This robust stop is galvanised to protect it and attaches to the track with 2 M10 Bolts. This allows you to tighten the stop into the track, stopping the heaviest of doors.
If needed the bottom guide roller 5465 can be used to guide the base of the door. This roller comes with an M12 thread and has a 40mm steel rimmed ball bearing.
