#5649 - Gate Chain Safety Release
In the event of an emergency the swing door can be moved to the side and the lever can be operated with one finger. This means the chain can be released even if it is padlocked from the other side.
Secure the chain using the fixing bolt hole at the base of the unit.
5659 - Safety Deflection Guard
For extra security add the #5659 Safety Deflection Guard, which further prevents opening from the outside.
This is especially useful if the opening between your gates is wide enough for a hand to fit through.
This Chain Release and Deflection Gaurd are constructed from Stainless Steel for extended durability.

Gate Hinges
Gate hinges are used to open and close gates. There are different styles including weld on, bolt on, strap and self closing hinges.
Gate Latches
Gate latches are used to hold the gate closed and secure. Gate locks can come in all shapes and sizes with and without locking ability. For gates which don't need to be locked a snap gate latch is suitable to prevent the gate from opening. For a higher security gate, key locking and digital locks are available.
Wheels and Gate Stops
Other optional accessories for gates include castors and gate hooks. Castors are used to guide the end of a gate and prevent it from sagging. This takes the weight off the hinges, impoving the operation of your gate and reducing wear on the hinges. These wheels can be sprung or unspung depending on the surface they are rolling on.
The Gate Hook is used to easily latch your gate open. The edge of the gate pushes the hook up, then back down again, holding the gate closed without need to manually operate the hook.
