Mum's Crunch Cookies | Co-Mac Kai
Ingredients
125 grams of butter
125 grams of sugar
Heaped Tbs Honey
1 tsp of Baking Soda
1 cup of Flour
½ Cup of Cornflakes
Method
1. Melt butter, sugar and honey together
2. Add baking soda
3. Stir in flour and cornflakes
4. Bake at 150° for 20minutes until browned
