Super Quick Salmon Flan Recipe | Co-Mac Kai
Co-Mac boy has some time on his hands, so he's been busy cooking. His Super Quick Salmon Flan uses only 4 ingredients!That's got to be a winner.Super Quick Salmon FlanServings = 4
- ½ Cup Sour Cream (Or give it a go and make your own, simply mix a cup of cream with a decent squeeze of lemon juice – leave to culture in the fridge overnight)
- 4 x Eggs
- ½ Cup (50g) Parmesan Cheese (Or any other cheese you may have in the fridge)
- 415gram Can of Pink Salmon (Tuna is a great substitute if you find yourself without Salmon)
Method: The great thing about this recipe is it requires very little cleaning up!
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Line a dish (preferably a pie dish) or whichever dish takes your fancy.
- Grab a bowl and whisk your eggs (season with a pinch of salt and pepper if you like) add your sour cream and stir to combine.
- Finally, add your can of Pink Salmon or Tuna if you prefer, sprinkle in your cheese and mix away.
- Pour into your dish and bake for 30 minutes.
It's as quick and easy as that!
