Hidden Retractable Tie Down
The 5477 Retractable Tie Down mounts flush with the deck of your vehicle. The hook is hidden inside the cavity, allowing your cargo to be loaded easily. Once your cargo has been loaded the retractable tie down can be deployed to secure the cargo in place. The 50mm web provides a safe working load of 490kg and extends out to 1750mm.
Recessed Rope Rings
Another popular cargo control product line is our recessed rope rings. Our Tie Down System is perfect for cargo control on all Utes and trailers. The 5727 Sidewinder Rope Grip Set (1) includes a pair of rails and 10 brackets. Once installed this allows you to easily secure a load on the back of a Ute as shown.
The 5726 Tail Gate Rope Grip set (2) includes 1 Rail and 4 Brackets for a tailgate while the 5725 Rope Grip (3) is a smaller rail with 2 brackets designed as a tiedown on the side of a trailer. Finally, the 5724 T Bar Bracket (4) is a smaller bracket for lashing tie down ropes on.
Ute Canopies
We have a range of products for building a Ute canopy. Our 2887 Pantograph Hinge on the right-hand side of the vehicle opens up and out which is very useful should the Ute be parked close to buildings or near roads. The gas assisted lift operation of this door using 1853 Gas Struts makes it easy to open and close. A 3583 Drop T Latch locks this door in place.
Mounted on the back is a drawer made from the 5005 – Super Duty Drawer Slides 600kg Zinc Plated (Painted Blue on this vehicle) with a 4364 – Push Button Drawer Handle. This allows the drawer to be locked shut or open in multiple stages.

Trailers
This mobile coffee trailer features many drawer slides, hinges and cargo control, which keeps everything in place while on the road. The 3 trailers doors are all latched using a 3458 - 3 Point Handle with the Rods and Rod Guides. This latch compresses as it extends the rods, securing the door in place. For extra safety it can be locked with both a key and padlock.
New and Unique
A new and unique product is our 3880 and 3881 Continuous Geared Hinge. This aluminium hinge operates using a Geared Mechanism as shown in the picture. This keeps the hinge rigid across its entire length and makes it very strong with a load rating of 220kg. This highly durable design makes it ideal for horizontally mounted doors and heavy vertically mounted doors with high frequency usage.
